XLARGE does not share any of your information to third parties. Your shipping address may be shared with USPS for shipping purposes. Your credit card information is used only through our secure credit card processor for your payment, and is not stored.
How much does shipping cost?
XLARGE ships using USPS. USPS charges will be calculated at the end of your shopping cart and is dependent on the weight of your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be processed the next business day. Shipping lead time will average according to the shipping option you choose. We currently ship out of Orange County, CA. USPS Ground: will arrive 5-7 business days (dependent on your location), USPS 2nd Day Air: will arrive in 2 business days, USPS Next Day Air will arrive the next day.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we can ship to countries outside of the United States.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Will I receive a notification when I place my order?
You will receive a confimation to the email address you provided within 1-2 hours of purchase.
Where can I get a promotion code?
Occasionally, we run exclusive promotions and discounts on XLARGE.com for customers signed up to our mailing list. So, be sure to sign up so you don’t miss out on future promotions. Also check our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Often times we have different promotions for each.
I have received my order, but something is missing, damaged or wrong, what should I do?
We apologize for any mistakes. Please contact info (at) xlarge.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
Can I make a return?
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind you can return the item within 14 business days. The item has to be in the condition you received it in. The item must be in it's original protective bag with tags still affixed. It must be in sell-able condition to complete the return. We will credit you back on the same payment method. Will my tee’s shrink?
Most of our tee’s are 100% cotton and are printed on pre-shrunk tee blanks. Still, if you tumble dry, especially at higher temperatures, some shrinkage may occur. If you want your tee to shrink as little as possible, for best results, wash cold and hang to dry. Washing cold is also the best for retaining color and print quality.
