America has always been viewed upon as a land of innovation and the forefront of cool culture. Japan however, is the master of doing American culture better than us. From cars to food, and technology to American style, they just do it right. Last week we found ourselves in Tokyo visiting our XLARGE Tokyo office within the Shibuya ward.
Our main purpose was to attend our global meetings, but how can you go to Tokyo and not do some market research? Home to arguably the best retail concepts in the world and the most recognized streetwear fashion. We should know, we have over 35 stores across Japan.
